组织行为学
组织行为学是对组织中人类行为的研究。该课程致力于理解个人和团体行为，人际关系和组织动态，目的是提高组织和人员的表现。关键议题包括：应用动机，团队绩效，领导力，决策制定，管理沟通，变革与冲突管理，组织文化管理以及道德在所有组织活动中的潜在重要性。
Organizational behavior is the study of human behavior in organizations.The course is dedicated to understanding individual and group behavior, interpersonal relationships and organizational dynamics with the aim of improving organizational and human performance. Key topics include: applied motivation, team performance, leadership, decision making, management communication, change and conflict management, organizational culture management, and the potential importance of ethics in all organizational activities.

Dr. Shaun W. Davenport
Dr. Davenport是北阿拉巴马大学管理学副教授，研究生商业课程主任。他是组织行为学、领导力和决策领域的专家，在许多科学期刊上发表了关于各种组织主题的研究，包括工作团队、决策制定、冲突、领导力。Dr. Davenport还是QDG咨询公司的创始人和管理合伙人。他经常为各行各业的继续教育和非营利组织提供演讲和培训项目。
Dr. Davenport is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of North Alabama and serves as the Director of Graduate Studies for the College of Business. He is an expert within the field of organizational behavior, leadership, and decision. He has published research in numerous scientific journals on a variety of organizational topics including work teams, decision making, conflict, and leadership. Dr. Davenport is also the founder and managing partner of QDG consulting. He frequently delivers talks and training programs for a variety of continuing education and non-profit groups across a wide spectrum of industries.
